Brief

To develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communications and public relations framework for Unik Construction Engineering, elevating its corporate reputation, driving stakeholder engagement, and supporting its extensive portfolio of residential, commercial, hospitality, and infrastructure projects across Botswana.

Our Role

We designed and executed the overarching communications strategy, managing stakeholder relations, media scanning, and public profiling across the business lifecycle. This included shaping corporate messaging, directing executive thought leadership, and aligning public relations efforts with national developmental goals and infrastructure milestones.
