Brief

To develop an internal campaign that embeds a shared business development culture across the organisation, reinforcing the principle that business development is a collective responsibility owned by every employee, regardless of department or function.

We led the strategic messaging, campaign concept development, and creative execution for the internal rollout, translating a cultural business objective into a clear and engaging staff-facing campaign platform across both static and motion-based formats.

THE BRIEF – BRAND PERCEPTION SURVEY

CIB needed a clearer view of how its brand was perceived and experienced by staff, customers and the wider public.
The aim was to measure brand awareness, trust, service familiarity and satisfaction, while identifying communication and service gaps ahead of broader organisational integration.
